Estia Health in Ballarat is seeking an Officer Manager for a 6 months maternity leave replacement. You will work closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager to keep rosters up to date and support staff onboarding, payroll and billing while delivering excellent service.

The role requires strong computer and data skills, a background in Business Administration and a genuine desire to improve residents' lives. On-site support in a busy aged care home roles.

Competenze

• Qualification in Business Administration or similar (ideally).
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid computer and data skills.
• Previous experience in Aged Care and rostering (ideally).

Mansioni

• Maintain accurate rosters in collaboration with the Residential Aged Care Manager.
• Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide prompt and friendly service to internal and external customers.
• Proactively manage enquiries to convert to sales.
• Assist with billing, payroll and stocktake.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to Administration Officer.
• Maintain all record management systems.
• Support the residential aged care manager in daily tasks.
