Job summary

NADO Disability and Aged Care is seeking an experienced Aged Care Manager to lead our new Support at Home service and established CHSP services in St Marys, NSW. The role reports to the CEO and oversees service delivery, quality, compliance, budgets and growth of our aged care programs.

You will drive a multidisciplinary team, ensure person-centered care, and build partnerships with customers, families and community networks to support independence and connected communities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading aged care, home care or community care services.
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and the Support at Home program.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with compliance, budgets, service performance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the new Support@Home service.
• Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred aged care services.
• Develop and support a multidisciplinary aged care team.
• Ensure services meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Oversee outcomes, performance, budgets and utilisation of programs.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Foster relationships with customers, families and community partners.
• Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen aged care services.
