Job summary

Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment is seeking an experienced Aged Care Manager to oversee home care services across the Central Coast and Hunter regions. This hands-on leadership role ensures compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, supports staff, and delivers client-centered care.

You will manage daily operations, supervise the team, conduct assessments, develop care plans, and contribute to service growth and governance with the senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management experience in aged care or community services.
• Proven ability to conduct client assessments and develop care plans.
• Understanding of Home Care Packages (HCP) and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) desirable.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance requirements.
• Current driver’s licence and ability to travel locally for client visits.

The Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Aged CareManager to oversee the daily operations of their home care services across the Central Coast and Hunter regions. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, supervising and supporting staff, and delivering high‑quality, client‑centred care. Strong leadership skills are required as well as experience managing home care services as well as a good understanding of Support at Home. You will manage daily operations, support the team and help grow the service.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily operations of home care services.

Conducting client assessments and developing care plans.

Managing rosters, workforce planning, and staff supervision.
