Job summary

Kirinari Community Services is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians stay independent, connected and safe at home. You will support clients in daily living and community activities.

You will work in clients' homes, providing domestic assistance, personal care, meal prep and transport support, while building meaningful relationships. We offer paid training, career progression and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A caring and person-centred approach.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• A genuine passion for supporting older Australians.
