Kirinari Community Services is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians maintain independence and quality of life in their own homes. You will provide compassionate support across domestic tasks, personal care, meals, transport, and social activities.

About the Role

You will support older Australians to maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with:

• Domestic assistance (this is often the largest part of your day)
• Personal care
• Meal preparation
• Transport to appointments
• Shopping and errands
• Community participation
• Social support and companionship

You will work directly in clients' homes and communities, supporting them to achieve the goals that matter most to them.

We’d Love to Hear from You If You Have:

• At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care

• Reliable and insured vehicle
• Current First Aid & CPR
• National Police Check
• NDIS Worker's Check
• Australian working rights
