• Minimum 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide domestic assistance and personal care in clients' homes.
• Assist with meal preparation and transport to appointments.
• Support social participation and community engagement.

About the Role

You will support older Australians to maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with:

• Domestic assistance (this is often the largest part of your day)
• Personal care
• Meal preparation
• Transport to appointments
• Shopping and errands
• Community participation
• Social support and companionship

You will work directly in clients' homes and communities, supporting them to achieve the goals that matter most to them.

• At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care

• Reliable and insured vehicle
• Current First Aid & CPR
• National Police Check
• NDIS Worker's Check
• Australian working rights
