Job summary

Kirinari Community Services in New South Wales is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians remain independent, connected and safe in their own homes. You will assist with domestic tasks, personal care, meal prep and transport, building meaningful relationships with clients.

You will work directly in clients' homes, receive paid training and join a team that values flexibility, stability and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Caring and person-centred approach.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Current Driver Licence and a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Current First Aid & CPR.
• National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check.

Responsibilities

About the Role

You will support older Australians to maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with:

• Domestic assistance (this is often the largest part of your day)
• Personal care
