Job summary

Kirinari Community Services in New South Wales is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to support older Australians to remain independent and safe in their own homes.

You will provide domestic assistance, personal care, meal preparation, transport, and social support, building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

About the Role

You will support older Australians to maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with:

  • Domestic assistance (this is often the largest part of your day)
  • Personal care
  • Meal preparation
  • Transport to appointments
  • Shopping and errands
  • Community participation
  • Social support and companionship

You will work directly in clients' homes and communities, supporting them to achieve the goals that matter most to them.

We’d Love to Hear from You If You Have:
  • At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A caring and person-centred approach
  • Excellent time management and reliability
  • A genuine passion for supporting older Australians
Essential Requirements
  • Current Driver Licence
  • Reliable and insured vehicle
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • National Police Check
  • NDIS Worker's Check
  • Australian working rights
