Opal HealthCare is seeking a friendly Customer Support Assistant for Toongabbie Terrace Care Community. You will greet residents, families and visitors, provide admin support and help guests with tours of the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, reception or customer service roles.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Genuine desire to help people and contribute to the community.
• Ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
• Willingness to complete pre‑employment medical, Police check and NDIS Worker Screening.

Responsibilities

• Be the warm and welcoming first point of contact for residents, families and visitors.
• Provide essential administrative support to ensure our care community runs smoothly.
• Assist with guiding prospective residents and families on tours of our community.
• Manage rostering, payroll tasks, and maintain accurate records.
• Work as a key part of a supportive team to deliver exceptional customer service.
