Job summary

Infinite Aged Care is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to join our Mt Lofty team. You will lead the clinical and care teams, ensuring timely, compassionate, resident-centred care with limited supervision.

You will collaborate with Nurse Mentors and vendors, manage care plans, and drive quality and regulatory compliance across the site while supporting budget and emergency readiness.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
• Bachelor of Nursing degree.
• Minimum 12 months experience as a Clinical Care Manager or similar leadership role.
• Extensive aged care leadership experience and deep knowledge of regulatory standards.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical team to deliver resident-centred care.
• Coordinate appointments and access to health practitioners.
• Engage with allied health services to meet resident needs.
• Develop, implement and review individualised care plans.
• Oversee quality assurance, audits and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budget for clinical resources and emergency protocols.
• Support residents, families and staff with effective communication.
