Infinite Aged Care Mt Lofty is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to join our clinical leadership team. You will oversee resident care, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor staff and manage resources in a supportive regional setting.

The role requires an AHPRA-registered Bachelor of Nursing, extensive aged care leadership, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. You will collaborate with care coordinators, nurses and managers to deliver compassionate, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Registered with AHPRA and a Bachelor of Nursing.
• Minimum 12 months experience as Clinical Care Manager or similar leadership role.
• Extensive aged care leadership with regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-quality resident care and lead the clinical team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness.
• Mentor staff and manage clinical resources for timely care.
• Lead care planning, assessments, wound care and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with residents, families and internal teams for holistic care.
• Monitor budgets and implement emergency protocols.
