Job summary

Infinite Aged Care Mt Lofty seeks a passionate Clinical Services Manager to join our clinical leadership team in a second-in-command role. You will lead clinical care, coordinate with the Clinical Care Coordinator, and deliver resident-centred care in a supportive regional setting.

With RN registration, a Bachelor of Nursing, and at least 12 months in a leadership role, you will develop care plans, manage the clinical team, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff while fostering a culture

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid AHPRA registration.
• Bachelor of Nursing.
• Minimum 12 months as Clinical Care Manager or similar.
• Extensive aged care experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong resident-centric mindset and care planning ability.
• Knowledge of aged care regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• NDIS Worker Screening clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical treatments and procedures, including medication administration and wound care.
• Coordinate access to health practitioners and medical appointments.
• Engage with allied health services such as physiotherapy and podiatry.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and monitor residents’ health.
• Lead and supervise the clinical team to high standards.
• Develop and review individualised care plans and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain quality assurance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support operational and emergency management, including budget oversight.
