Job summary

Infinite Aged Care Mt Lofty is seeking a Clinical Care Manager to join our clinical leadership team in a regionally located facility. You will provide strong clinical leadership, mentor staff, oversee regulatory compliance, and deliver person-centred resident care with limited supervision.

You will coordinate with care coordinators, nurses, and allied health professionals, develop care plans, monitor outcomes, and manage feedback and complaints in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing with active AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 12 months experience as a Clinical Care Manager or similar leadership position.
• Extensive aged care experience with regulatory and Quality Standards knowledge.
• Strong resident-centred mindset and ability to develop care plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the clinical team to deliver high-quality resident care.
• Oversee medications, nutrition, and pressure injury prevention.
• Coordinate access to health practitioners and allied health services.
• Develop and review personalised care plans with accurate documentation.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance and prepare for inspections.
• Manage feedback and complaints professionally.
• Support operational and emergency management, including budget oversight.
• Foster strong communication with residents, families and staff.
