Infinite Aged Care Mt Lofty is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to join our clinical leadership team in residential aged care. You will lead a multi-disciplinary clinical team, oversee treatments and care plans, and drive regulatory compliance to ensure the highest standards of resident care.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a commitment to ongoing professional development, with close collaboration with care coordinators, nurse mentors, and the Mt Lofty General Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with valid AHPRA registration.
• Bachelor of Nursing degree.
• Minimum 12 months experience as Clinical Care Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience in aged care with regulatory knowledge.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• NDIS Worker Screening clearance or ability to obtain.

Aufgaben

• Lead clinical team and ensure high standards of care.
• Coordinate access to health practitioners and medical appointments.
• Oversee medications, nutrition, and pressure injury prevention.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
• Develop and review individualised care plans.
