Infinite Aged Care – Mt Lofty is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to join our clinical leadership team, guiding resident-centred care and regulatory compliance. You will mentor staff, oversee treatments, and coordinate access to health practitioners within a supportive environment.

You will drive care planning, manage feedback and complaints professionally, and contribute to continuous learning while maintaining strong professional relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active nursing leadership with a focus on resident-centred care.
• Strong knowledge of aged care regulations and quality standards.
• Experience mentoring clinical staff and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical treatments and procedures, medication management, and wound care.
• Coordinate access to health practitioners and allied health services.
• Lead and supervise clinical team, ensuring high standards of practice and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and review individualised care plans with accurate documentation.
• Manage quality assurance activities and respond to audits and inspections.
