Job summary

Mecwacare is hiring for two full-time roles based at our Geelong office. You will roster Direct Care Workers and nurses to support older people at home and in the community, manage calls and changes, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Rostering and scheduling experience in aged care or disability services.
• Knowledge of CHSP, HACC guidelines and My Aged Care Portal or willingness to learn.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current Victorian Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Roster Direct Care Workers and nurses to support older people at home and in the community.
• Manage calls and scheduling changes; keep records accurate.
• Collaborate with case managers, clients and field staff to keep services running smoothly.
