Job summary

Mercy Health Home Care Services Geelong is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to manage rostering and support for Home Care Workers. You will ensure the right employee is rostered for the right service, client, and time, working with care advisors and referral partners.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, communication, and familiarity with rostering systems. A Certificate III in Individual Support is advantageous and NDIS Worker Screening is required.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
• Experience with rostering systems would be advantageous, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rostering and support for a team of Home Care Workers to ensure the right employee is rostered to provide the right service, to the right client, at the right time.
• Work closely with care advisors, referral agencies and service providers to support service delivery.
