Estia Health is seeking a warm, professional first point of contact for families seeking residential aged care. You will assist residents and their families on their journey into care, delivering friendly customer service in person, on the phone, and by email.

You will keep on top of paperwork, support record-keeping, and help communicate fees and funding where applicable, contributing to a person-centred approach across our homes.

Qualifications

• Brings friendly customer service to everyone – in person, on the phone or over email.
• Keeps on top of paperwork – record keeping, filing, etc.
• Has a track record of success in sales with strong negotiation and customer service.
