Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a warm, professional first point of contact for families seeking residential aged care. You will assist residents and their families on their journey into care, delivering friendly customer service in person, on the phone, and by email.

You will keep on top of paperwork, support record-keeping, and help communicate fees and funding where applicable, contributing to a person-centred approach across our homes.

About the Role

As first point of contact for families seeking Aged Care services, you will assist residents and their families in their journey into residential Aged Care.

You’ll be a team player who:

• Brings a friendly customer service to everyone – whether in person, on the phone or over email.
• Keeps on top of paperwork – record keeping, filing, etc
• Enjoys showcases ourhome to future residents and their families
• Has a track record of success in sales including strong negotiation and outstanding customer service
• Has the ability to conduct cold calls and secure new referral sources
• Possess knowledge of Aged Care including fees and funding (Ideal but not essential)
