Job summary

Estia Health in Adelaide is seeking a Client Services Officer to assist residents and their families as they navigate residential aged care. You will be the first point of contact across multiple homes in Myrtle Bank, Trott Park, Grange and Elizabeth East.

Join a team dedicated to compassionate service, accurate paperwork, and building referrals through friendly outreach. Prior experience in customer service and an interest in aged care are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in aged care or healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage paperwork and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service in person, by phone, and email.
• Keep on top of paperwork, record-keeping and filing.
• Showcase the home to future residents and families.
• Demonstrate sales success with negotiation and strong customer service.
• Conduct cold calls and secure new referral sources.
• Knowledge of aged care fees and funding is advantageous.

About The Role

As first point of contact for families seeking Aged Care services, you will assist residents and their families in their journey into residential Aged Care.

Due to growth, we are looking for Client Services Officers to join our Team at Myrtle Bank, Trott Park, Grange and Elizabeth East.

You’ll Be a Team Player Who

• Brings a friendly customer service to everyone - whether in person, on the phone or over email.
• Keeps on top of paperwork - record keeping, filing, etc
• Enjoys showcases our home to future residents and their families
• Has a track record of success in sales including strong negotiation and outstanding customer service
• Has the ability to conduct cold calls and secure new referral sources
• Possess knowledge of Aged Care including fees and funding (Ideal but not essential)
