Job summary

Estia Health in New South Wales is seeking an administrative support role to help run our homes smoothly, acting as a key liaison to the Residential Aged Care Manager and staff.

You will coordinate rosters, assist with recruitment, provide proactive customer service, and manage enquiries to convert them into sales while assisting with payroll, billing and records. Experience in aged care and rostering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Business Administration or similar (ideally).
• Experience in rostering (ideally).
• Experience in Aged Care (ideally).
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid computer and data skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate rosters with the Residential Aged Care Manager and home staff.
• Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide prompt and friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Proactively manage the enquiries pipeline to convert enquiries to sales.
• Lend a hand with billing, payroll and stocktake.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to the Administration Officer.
• Maintain all record management systems.
• Support the residential aged care manager in daily tasks.
