Palm Lake Care Mt Warren Park is seeking an experienced Chef to join our hospitality team on a part-time/casual basis. You will deliver nutritious meals and an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent required.
• Current Food Safety Certificate required.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and IDDSI texture guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present nutritious, high-quality meals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and care standards.
• Cater to dietary, cultural, and religious requirements as directed.
• Monitor food wastage and manage portion control.
• Assist with ordering, deliveries, and stock rotation.
