Job summary

Kirinari Aged Care is seeking experienced, compassionate Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians remain independent, connected and safe in their own homes. You will support clients with daily tasks and maintain dignity and choice.

We offer paid training, career progression, health and wellbeing programs, and a supportive leadership team. If you have 2+ years experience and a genuine passion for helping others, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Caring, person-centered approach.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Current Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Current First Aid & CPR.
• National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check.

About the Role

You will support older Australians to maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with:

• Domestic assistance (this is often the largest part of your day)
• Personal care
• Meal preparation
• Transport to appointments
• Shopping and errands
• Community participation
• Social support and companionship

You will work directly in clients' homes and communities, supporting them to achieve the goals that matter most to them.
