Job summary

Kirinari Aged Care is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians stay independent, connected and safe in their own homes. You will provide domestic help, personal care, meal prep, transport and social support in clients' homes and communities.

Join a team that values meaningful relationships, ongoing training and flexible, supportive leadership. Current First Aid & CPR, police checks and a valid licence are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A caring and person-centred approach.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Current Driver Licence and a reliable insured vehicle.
• Current First Aid & CPR; National Police Check; NDIS Worker Check.

About the Role

You will support older Australians to maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with:

• Domestic assistance (this is often the largest part of your day)
• Personal care
• Meal preparation
• Transport to appointments
• Shopping and errands
• Community participation
• Social support and companionship

You will work directly in clients' homes and communities, supporting them to achieve the goals that matter most to them.
