Job summary

Kirinari Aged Care is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians remain independent and connected in their own homes. You will provide domestic and personal care, meal prep, and transportation support, building meaningful relationships with clients.

We value empathy, reliability, and a person-centred approach, offering paid training, career progression, and a supportive leadership team. A driver licence and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Caring and person-centred approach.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Genuine passion for supporting older Australians.
• Current Driver Licence and a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Current First Aid & CPR.
• National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

About the Role

You will support older Australians to maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with:

• Domestic assistance (this is often the largest part of your day)
• Personal care
• Meal preparation
• Transport to appointments
• Shopping and errands
• Community participation
• Social support and companionship

You will work directly in clients' homes and communities, supporting them to achieve the goals that matter most to them.
