Job summary

CHEP, A Brambles Company, is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor for the Night Shift at our Eastern Creek site in New South Wales, Australia. The role focuses on safety, operational discipline and leadership by example to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes.

You’ll spend 70–80% of your shift on the floor, coaching in the moment and leading from the front to ensure everyone goes home safely after each shift. This is a visible leadership opportunity with real impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in a manufacturing/production or warehousing setting.
• Strong emphasis on safety culture and incident prevention.
• Ability to coach, mentor and influence frontline staff to perform at their best.
• Clear, proactive communication and the ability to set expectations with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe, inclusive and high-performing night shift team.
• Spend the majority of the shift on the floor with the team, guiding from the front.
• Build a strong safety culture with consistent standards and processes.
• Coach team members in the moment and reinforce safe working practices.
• Build trust through consistent delivery and clear commitments.
• Maintain high performance across safety, quality, service and productivity metrics.
• Hold the team accountable while supporting employees to perform at their best.
• Plan resources and coordinate night shift activities to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and site leaders to deliver priorities.
