Andrew Lloyd Greensmith is seeking a Medical Receptionist Aesthetic Patient Concierge in Toorak, Melbourne. The role is the first point of contact, guiding patients through their aesthetic surgery journey with professionalism and compassion.

You will manage appointments, handle patient billing including Medicare/EFT payments, and assist the PA to the surgeon. A supportive team environment with opportunities for conference attendance and skin treatment discounts is offered.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills and professional presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer literacy and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to learn quickly and assist the surgeon's PA when needed.
• Flexibility to cover shifts 8.00–18.00 Mon–Fri, with varying hours.

Responsabilités

• Answering phone calls and booking consultations and post-surgery appointments.
• Manage patient billing, Medicare and EFT payments for consults and surgery.
• Generate surgery booking letters.
• Provide support to the surgeon's PA and cross-cover when required.
