Job summary

Aesthete Wellness on the Sunshine Coast, Maroochydore, seeks a polished Front of House leader to own the patient experience. This role elevates reception operations, clinic flow, and the overall ambience, working with an established concierge team.

You will ensure a warm, luxury-level standard of care, manage bookings and records, and support staff with pre-procedure care. A keen eye for detail and flawless English are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical, cosmetic, or high-end service environments.
• Polished, professional communications and presentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.

At Aesthete Wellness, Front of House operations are not administrative; It is a leadership function. It defines the standard, shapes the environment, and sets the tone for the entire patient experience.

We are seeking a highly capable, polished professional to take ownership of this space, working alongside an established patient concierge team.

THE ROLE
