Job summary

SKINmas, a cosmetic skin clinic on the Redcliffe Peninsula, is seeking a professional Concierge/Medical Receptionist on a part-time or casual basis. You will be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming, professional environment and supporting the clinical team.

Responsibilities include managing appointments, patient records, and inquiries across phone, email and social media. Full-day availability and reliable Saturday work are expected; prior medical reception experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical/cosmetic reception or patient-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Professional presentation and warm, friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointments, confirmations, rebookings and recalls.
• Welcome patients and provide exceptional service throughout visits.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
• Support nurses and clinical team with admin tasks and patient flow.
• Assist with clinic operations and stock as needed.
• Handle inquiries by phone, email and social media.
