Job summary

Andrew Lloyd Greensmith is seeking a Medical Receptionist Aesthetic Patient Concierge in Toorak, Melbourne. The role is the first point of contact, guiding patients through their aesthetic surgery journey with professionalism and compassion.

You will manage appointments, handle patient billing including Medicare/EFT payments, and assist the PA to the surgeon. A supportive team environment with opportunities for conference attendance and skin treatment discounts is offered.

Medical Receptionist Aesthetic Patient Concierge

Work for one of Australia's leading Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons located in Toorak, Melbourne and be part of a practice where clinical excellence, teamwork, and outstanding patient care come first. As the first point of contact, you will take great pride in the care and compassion you show to patients, how you support them through their aesthetic surgery journey along with the quality of the work you do. By drawing on your professionalism and friendly nature, you will put patients at ease, guiding them through their visit to the practice while contributing to the smooth operation of the practice.

Key responsibilities

Answering phone calls and booking appointments for consultations and post-surgery appointments

Patient billing, Medicare and EFT payments for consults and surgery payments

Generating surgery booking letters

Assistance to the surgeon's PA and cross cover for the same when needed

About you

Exceptional customer service skills, communication skills and presentation of a corporate manner

The ability and willingness to learn and contribute as an assistant to the PA to the surgeon

Strong attention to detail and computer literacy skills

The ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy

Flexibility to work different shifts during the week between the operational hours of 8.00 - 6.00 Mon to Fri

Previous medical reception experience with an aesthetic surgery practice (strongly regarded but not essential)

Work with an experienced, passionate, and supportive PA to support an internationally recognised Specialist Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon driven by providing quality and excellence in patient care
