Job summary

Galderma is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Aesthetics team on the Gold Coast, QLD. This 12-month fixed-term contract involves partnering with health care practitioners to drive market leadership for Restylane, Neurotoxins, and Sculptra while expanding the professional profile of Galderma.

You will plan and execute daily customer activities, meet sales targets, maintain CRM records, and conduct biannual business reviews to demonstrate the full value of Galderma’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related sales experience; pharmacy, cosmetic medicine or medical devices background advantageous.
• Strong track record in achieving sales targets and building professional credibility.

Responsibilities

• Achieve national, state and territory sales targets across the Aesthetic portfolio (Restylane, Neurotoxins, Sculptra).
• Plan daily sales activities with Health Care Practitioners and cosmetic clinic staff; arrange appointments.
• Meet or exceed call frequency targets and maintain CRM records within 48 hours.
• Grow Galderma’s aesthetic portfolio by identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Lead business reviews with customers twice a year to showcase Galderma’s value proposition.
