Job summary

Galderma Australia Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Aesthetics team on the Gold Coast, QLD. This 12-month fixed-term contract focuses on partnering with Health Care Practitioners to maintain market leadership in the aesthetic portfolio.

You will target growth across Restylane, Neurotoxins and Sculptra, manage visits, CRM notes, and build quarterly business reviews with key customers while delivering Galderma’s value proposition.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related sales experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic medicine or medical devices is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal, written and telephone skills.
• Strong CRM, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Ability to learn product-specific information.

Responsibilities

• Achieve national, state & territory sales targets across the Aesthetic portfolio (Restylane, Neurotoxins, Sculptra).
• Plan daily sales activity and arrange appointments with Health Care Professionals and cosmetic staff.
• Reach or exceed call frequency targets.
• Record engagements in CRM within 48 hours.
• Grow Galderma’s aesthetic portfolio within your territory.
• Conduct Business Reviews with customers twice a year to highlight Galderma’s value proposition.
