Job summary

Galderma ANZ is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the aesthetics portfolio across NSW. You will partner with leading healthcare professionals to maintain market leadership and expand brand presence among medical aestheticians and cosmetic medicine professionals.

The role offers a flexible hybrid work policy and opportunities to grow with a global dermatology leader known for premium products and trusted brands in the Aesthetic space.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant sales experience in pharma, cosmetic medicine, or medical devices preferred.
• Ability to engage with healthcare professionals and clinics with credibility.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve national, state and territory sales targets across the Aesthetic portfolio (Restylane, Neurotoxins, Sculptra).
• Plan daily sales activities with a predefined customer set, including appointments with healthcare professionals and clinic staff.
• Maintain call frequency targets and ensure CRM entries within 48 hours.
