Royal Flying Doctor Service South Australia / Northern Territory (RFDS SA/NT) in Darwin is seeking an Operations Coordinator to coordinate assets and crews for aeromedical and road ambulance operations. This role supports 24/7 services with a rotating 12-hour roster and reports to the Team Leader within the Operations Coordination Centre.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate RFDS SA/NT assets and resources to support safe, efficient and responsive operations.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to support high-quality patient care.
• Liaise with hospitals, remote clinics, stations and other remote locations to coordinate patient readiness and transfers.
• Coordinate road ambulance resources and aircraft refueling requirements to support transfers and readiness.
• Provide advice on asset and crew availability and determine best use of resources.
• Monitor and manage ground-to-aircraft radio communications in support of safe operations.
• Accurately record and maintain operational information within systems and databases.
• Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement within OCC.
