You will lead and develop the OCC staff, manage rosters and after-hours on-call support, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high performance.

The role requires resilience in dynamic environments, a background in emergency services or aviation coordination, and strong communications skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in emergency services and/or aviation coordination.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in multidisciplinary environments.
• Customer service focus with stakeholder engagement experience.
• Resilience and adaptability in dynamic operations.
• Knowledge of HR/change management principles.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and develop the OCC team to high performance.
• Provide leadership to Operations Coordinators during high workloads.
• Monitor operational performance and KPI/response times.
• Ensure necessary procedures, resources and skills are in place.
• Prepare and manage OCC rosters and after-hours on-call.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to improve service delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement and change.
• Maintain currency in OCC function, including roster relief.
• Support disaster and major incident preparedness through training.
