Job summary

Royal Flying Doctor Service SA/NT in Darwin is seeking a highly organized Facilities Coordinator to oversee day-to-day management of RFDS SA/NT facilities and assets, including bases, clinics, staff accommodation and the vehicle fleet. You will coordinate maintenance, manage CMMS, and support contractor onboarding and procurement.

• Experience in building or facilities operations and administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day repairs and maintenance across RFDS SA/NT buildings.
• Manage facilities work requests and CMMS data.
• Maintain asset registers, databases and contractor records.
• Coordinate contractors, monitor performance, timeframes and costs.
• Support onboarding, renewals, RFIs, RFQs and procurement.
• Reconcile invoices and track facilities costs.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing and procurement of new vehicles.
• Support staff accommodation coordination, including repairs and inspections.
• Assist with capital replacement planning and building works.
• Build relationships and provide professional customer service.
• Support WH&S and quality initiatives across Facilities Management.
