Job summary

Neilsoft in Australia invites an Account Executive to drive new business across AEC/BIM services in Brisbane and Sydney. You will position value-led, consultative solutions, including CAD platforms and AI-enabled engineering services, to architectural, engineering, and construction clients.

You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate with pre-sales, engineering, and delivery teams to tailor client solutions, with travel across Australia as required.

Qualifications

• B2B enterprise sales experience in architecture/engineering services.
• Strong knowledge of Australian AEC and Infrastructure industry.
• Experience selling consultative, services-led solutions.
• Exposure to CAD, automation, digital twins, AI in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive new business acquisition across architecture and engineering services (BIM, Structural Engineering, MEP Services).
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles including discovery, solutioning, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Work collaboratively with pre-sales, engineering, and delivery teams to develop tailored client solutions.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry engagement.
• Build strong relationships with Architects, Consultants, and Contractors.
• Achieve and exceed revenue, pipeline, and growth targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client investment plans across ANZ.
