Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Presales Solution Consultant to work with Australia’s largest organisations, guiding conversations from initial contact to confident decisions on the ServiceNow AI Platform. You will craft live demos, engage senior leaders and shape strategy with sales, product and services teams.

Ideal candidates bring presales experience, strong storytelling, and hands-on AI/automation or low-code skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in presales, consulting, solution architecture or a similar hands-on role in enterprise technology.
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and a knack for storytelling, strong demonstration and presentation skills.
• A love of building: you're happiest when you're making something work and showing someone what it can do.
• Hands on experience with AI, automation or low code tools, and an interest in the evolving AI landscape.
• Real curiosity and a low ego, always learning mindset. You don't need to know the platform yet, but you'll want to learn it fast.
• The ability to translate business needs into clear, compelling solutions.
• A collaborative style that lifts the people around you.

Responsibilities

• Wow our customers by tackling challenges behind transformation, efficiency, regulation and resilience to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Build to show with live, tailored demos and prototypes that bring a customer’s scenario to life.
• Advise executives through regular conversations to define outcomes and business value.
• Shape strategy by partnering with sales on account and opportunity planning.
• Experiment with AI and agentic workflows, prototype what's possible and show where it can take them.
• Lead POV and POC cycles, and respond to RFIs and RFPs.
• Win as a team by collaborating across Sales, Product and Professional Services.
• Stay hungry by keeping up with product releases and the competitive landscape.
• Represent ServiceNow at executive briefings, events and webinars.
