Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre‑sales experience in Security Operations or related field.
• Experience with SOC/NOC/CSIRT operations and customer-facing engagements.
• Strong understanding of Networking and Security technologies (SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management).
• Knowledge of attack vectors and threat intelligence concepts.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST 800-61, ISO27035, SANS).
• Experience with threat intel formats (STIX/TAXII, OpenIOC).
• Strong ability to consult, communicate solutions, and tailor demos to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and positioning for ServiceNow Security Operations.
• Respond to customer questions and demonstrate value during sales engagements.
• Develop and deliver integrated demo flows combining Armis/Veza with ServiceNow SecOps.
• Support marketing events and customer workshops with compelling narratives.
• Collaborate with Product Management to address customer requirements and roadmaps.
• Share best practices in a global team and stay current on competitive differentiators.
