Job summary

Moveworks, the AI-driven advisor platform, is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant in Melbourne. You will work with ServiceNow and Moveworks product teams to map customer challenges to AI-driven solutions, lead discovery sessions, and deliver value-based demonstrations.

The role requires 5+ years in pre-sales, strong cloud and API knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 50%. You will collaborate across product, sales, and services to drive wins and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience applying and evaluating AI in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with RPA, iPaaS, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
• Experience in enterprise industries such as technology or telecommunications is preferred.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services teams.
• Strong territory and pipeline management skills, with experience partnering closely with sales counterparts to drive consistent execution.
• Willingness to travel approximately50% for customer meetings and internal events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to support complex sales cycles and drive deal strategy.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and workshops to understand business challenges, technical environments, and success criteria.
• Deliver product demonstrations showing how Moveworks and ServiceNow automate work and improve employee experiences.
• Facilitate technical and architectural workshops on Moveworks’ AI/ML approach, integrations, security, and platform architecture.
• Build data-driven business cases, prioritize use cases, and articulate ROI.
• Define customer success criteria and manage end-to-end proof-of-concept engagements.
• Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders and guide roadmap alignment and outcome planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success teams.
• Provide feedback to Product Management on customer needs and market trends.
• Stay current on competitive positioning within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Share best practices and improve demos and processes to be more scalable.
• Support field and marketing initiatives.
