Responsibilities

• Wow our customers by addressing transformation, efficiency, regulation and resilience with measurable outcomes.
• Build live demos and prototypes to illustrate customer scenarios.
• Advise executives through regular strategic conversations on outcomes and value.
• Shape strategy with sales on account and opportunity planning.
• Prototype AI and agentic workflows to show what's possible.
• Lead POV/POC cycles and respond to RFIs and RFPs.
• Work across Sales, Product, Professional Services and partners.
• Stay updated on product releases and share learnings.
• Represent ServiceNow at executive briefings, events and webinars.
