Job summary

Liontown Limited is expanding its Kathleen Valley Lithium Project and seeks a Health & Safety Advisor to join the team on an 18-month max-term contract. You will provide frontline WHS support across active construction fronts, delivering hands-on advisory services and regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Project WHS Superintendent and rotating 2:1, you will conduct inspections, review SWMS/JHAs, support incident investigations using ICAM, maintain records, and promote a proactive safety

Qualifications

• 8 years' WHS experience in mining construction environments.
• Strong digital literacy, including confident use of WHS management systems.
• Qualification and practical experience as an ICAM Lead Investigator.
• Current Construction Induction Card (White Card) and Provide First Aid certificate.
• Current Western Australian C Class driver's licence.
• Able to obtain a National Police Clearance within three months, and pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace inspections, observations and compliance audits against the Project WHS Management Plan and contractor SWMS
• Participate in and support incident investigations using the ICAM methodology
• Review and provide feedback on contractor Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
• Maintain WHS records, registers and reporting requirements in line with Liontown's systems
• Promote a positive safety culture through visible leadership, engagement and coaching at the work front

Who Are We?

Liontown Limited (ASX: LTR) is an ASX listed company with a focus on battery minerals. We aim to be an ESG leader in the resources sector and a globally significant provider of battery minerals for the rapidly growing clean energy market. Our flagship Kathleen Valley Lithium Operation is a Tier 1 hard rock lithium asset, recognised for its scale, grade, and longevity. Now in full-scale production with a 20+ year mine life, Kathleen Valley is one of the most significant new lithium operations globally and is central to Liontown's long-term growth strategy. The expansion is now underway. Early works have commenced, a 5.5MW ball mill is on order, and underground development of the Northwest Flats orebody is progressing. We are building the dedicated project team that will deliver the next phase of Liontown's growth. This is an 18-month maximum term role, purpose-built for the expansion.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to join our expansion construction project on an 18-month max-term contract. Reporting to the Project WHS Superintendent, you'll provide frontline WHS support across active construction work fronts, delivering hands-on safety advisory services and compliance assurance. This role works on a 2:1 roster, flying in on Friday mornings and out on Friday mornings.

What We're Looking For
