Liontown is seeking a dedicated WHS Training Lead to design and continuously improve the Kathleen Valley training framework. You will guide site trainers and WHS teams, ensuring high standards in training design and competency development.
You will influence stakeholders across WHS, Operations and People & Culture, aligning practices with legislation and industry standards while supporting professional growth and cross-functional initiatives.

Reporting to the Manager – Work Health & Safety, this role applies specialist expertise in workplace training and adult learning to design, direct and continuously improve Liontown's WHS training framework at Kathleen Valley. You'll provide thought leadership and technical direction on training standards and practices, working closely with site-based trainers and WHS teams across the operation.
