Job summary

GP Advertising is seeking an Advertising Data & Reporting Coordinator based at Homebush West. In this entry-level role you will analyse marketing data, develop reports and provide insights to optimise advertising performance across the organisation.

You will audit data processes, assist with system changes, and handle budgeting/forecasting. Strong Excel (VBA/Macro), Power BI experience, and excellent communication are valued.

Responsibilities

• Audit processes for maintenance of advertising and marketing data
• Assist in system and process changes for data analysis/reporting
• Analyse, maintain and present data in simple format
• Budgeting, forecasting, and production reporting
• Liaise with divisions up to GM level for marketing data
