Job summary

GP Advertising, one of Australia’s largest in-house retail ad agencies, invites applications for an entry-level Advertising Data & Reporting Coordinator based at Homebush West. You will analyse marketing data, develop reports and provide insights to optimise advertising performance across Harvey Norman, Domayne and Joyce Mayne.

The role reports to the General Manager and involves budgeting, forecasting, and liaising with multiple divisions.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinker with strong multitasking abilities.
• Independent, self-motivated worker with good communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA/Macro, are essential.
• Experience with SAP reporting and Power BI is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Audit the processes for maintenance of all advertising and marketing data.
• Assist in developing system and process changes to meet internal and external reporting needs.
• Analyse, maintain and review incoming data from internal and external sources; present clearly.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and production reporting.
• Liaise with divisions up to General Manager level to provide marketing and advertising data.
