Job summary

oOh!media, based in North Sydney, seeks a dedicated CRM data and analytics Manager to strengthen data governance and enable automated workflows for sales reporting and AI readiness.

You will own data quality, account hierarchy, duplicates, and reporting standards while building Power BI dashboards and collaborating with key business functions to implement new fields and system changes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM data management, data governance, reporting or sales operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics or Information Systems (or equivalent).
• Hands-on with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards from CRM/external data.
• Strong data quality, duplicate management and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Own data quality governance across Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dataverse.
• Lead account hierarchy, corporate structures and duplicate management.
• Define and govern reporting definitions for pipeline, account and activity data.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and dataflows for finance and operations.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Sales, Finance and IT on system changes.
