Applied Medical Corporation in NSW is seeking an Advanced Procedure Specialist to blend clinical expertise with commercial drive. You will support advanced surgical procedures across NSW, engage surgeons and hospital stakeholders, and partner with Territory Managers to grow adoption and sales.

You’ll drive in-theatre adoption, deliver targeted clinical education, develop training pathways, and maintain CRM pipeline to ensure territory performance.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in operating theatre as medical device representative or clinical specialist.
• Strong understanding of hospital systems, theatre workflow and clinical decision-making.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new technologies.

Responsabilités

• Driving adoption and sustainable utilisation of priority surgical technologies across your region.
• Identifying and developing surgeons through structured training pathways with Clinical Education.
• Providing in-theatre clinical support to ensure effective use of technologies.
• Developing and executing territory plans with Territory Managers to achieve growth targets.
• Progressing opportunities across public and private sectors; navigating evaluation and procurement processes.
• Maintaining accurate CRM reporting to manage pipeline and cross-functional alignment.
