Job summary

The University of Western Australia (UWA) is seeking a dedicated Admissions Officer for a 12-month fixed-term, full-time appointment. You will assess domestic and international applications, verify qualifications and language proficiency, and support applicants through to offer generation, ensuring a high-quality student experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Experience in a complex administrative environment with strong numerical skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in high-volume processing.

Responsibilities

• Assess and process domestic and international undergraduate and postgraduate applications.
• Evaluate qualifications, calculate GPAs, assess English language proficiency and verify documents.
• Provide high-quality advice and support to applicants and staff while ensuring efficient admissions services.
