Joshua Vella Constructions is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Luddenham team. This full‑time role covers administration, client communication, accounts support and construction documentation.
You will work closely with the director and internal departments, communicating with clients, builders and suppliers to ensure smooth project handovers and high levels of service.

Operating for over 15 years, we are a growing business looking for a motivated and organised individual to become an important part of our team. Our office is based in our Luddenham yard, this full time position offers a varied role across administration, client communication, accounts support and construction documentation.
You’ll work closely with our director and internal departments while also communicating with clients, builders, suppliers and other industry professionals.
Prepare, process and maintain construction contracts and project documentation
Coordinate home warranty documentation and council applications
Manage client correspondence, emails and general enquiries
Provide day to day administrative support across the business
Liaise with new and existing clients regarding project requirements and documentation
Maintain professional relationships with clients, builders and suppliers
Work closely with the wider team to assist with smooth project handovers and a high standard of client service
Enter and process invoices using Xero
Provide administrative support to our accounts and quoting departments
Assist the company director with general administrative and operational tasks
To be successful in this position, you will have:
Previous experience within the building and construction industry is essential
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A professional, friendly and confident approach when communicating with clients
The ability to work independently while contributing to a small, supportive team
A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
