Job summary

Teys Australia is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join the Condamine Feedlot team. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will assist in daily office functions across the feedlot, including weights, records, and front-desk duties.

The role requires solid MS Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy rural site. An understanding of the cattle industry is highly regarded, with an attractive hourly rate from $33.00/hour and bonus

Qualifications

• Solid experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge or experience in the cattle industry (highly regarded).
• High level attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Weighbridge operation in adherence to CoR requirements.
• Conduct and register grain testing and end-of-month stocktake of consumables, animal health, commodities and utilities.
• Support data entry and record keeping with confidentiality.
• Welcome visitors and internal customers, answer phones and queries.
• Maintain good ordering and administrative processes.
